Lawn Heat & Leisure Ltd owns and operates this site, and is located at

Acceptance of Terms
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.

Contract, Payment and Delivery all within New Zealand.
Orders will only be accepted by Lawn Heat & Leisure Ltd in Auckland, New Zealand and payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Lawn Heat & Leisure will deliver goods only within New Zealand.

Product Availability
Product may be added to or removed from the site from time to time. From time to time products described on the site may not be available. While Lawn Heat & Leisure does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Orders, Price and Payment
Products may be ordered by following the instructions on the catalogue pages of this site.

All prices stated are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive GST unless otherwise stated.

No order will be accepted for delivery outside New Zealand.

Delivery charges within mainland North Island and South Island New Zealand will be calculated for each order and shown as a separate item before you chose to enter your payment details and send the order to be processed. Delivery will be by courier chosen by Lawn Heat & Leisure.

For delivery to an offshore island of New Zealand please enter the details of the pick up point or shipping agent on the mainland at which it would be convenient for you to have the order delivered. Lawn Heat & Leisure's responsibility for product shall cease on delivery of the order to the shipping agent, properly addressed.

You must pay by credit card. Your credit card details are delivered immediately to a secure ecommerce server and our bank immediately debits your card for the cost of the items ordered and of delivery. If Lawn Heat & Leisure is unable to deliver any items, your card will be credited with the full cost and delivery charge for that item debited when the order was placed.

Title and Risk
Your order is not binding until accepted by Lawn Heat & Leisure Ltd.

Goods are at our risk until delivered to you, or in the case of an offshore island address, until delivered to your shipping agent.

We may deliver each item ordered separately if we choose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.

Cancellation and Product Return
You may cancel this order without charge at any time up to the despatch of goods to your address. Any charge to your credit card will be credited.

You may return the goods if they are faulty or damaged, or where the goods delivered are not those you ordered.

Warranties
Lawn Heat & Leisure Ltd gives no express guarantees unless they are in writing. Unless the goods are acquired for business purposes, Lawn Heat & Leisure Ltd will repair or replace any goods which fail to comply with any guarantee contained in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing on this site is to be construed as a recommendation to use any particular product.

Routine Security Checks
Lawn Heat & Leisure reserves the right to contact the purchaser of an order to confirm the validity of delivery details supplied and we will perform security checks on any orders that raise the following alerts:

1. Orders for goods over $400 in value
2. Orders where the delivery address seems inaccurate
3. Orders where the purchaser details supplied appear false
4. Orders where the collection of products purchased triggers an alert

Lawn Heat & Leisure reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that appears to be fraudulent.

Note:
Due to dealer contracts we are unable to supply Husqvarna products via the internet as they are available directly from our store. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with regards to purchasing the correct machine for your purposes.
