Lawn Heat & Leisure - Shipping and Returns Policy

Please note: in general we will not accept orders for delivery outside New Zealand, but please feel free to discuss any special requirements with us in person.

Delivery charges within mainland North Island and South Island New Zealand will be calculated for each order and discussed with the customer before delivery.

For delivery to an offshore island of New Zealand please discuss the details with us at the time of order and provide us with the details of the pick up point or shipping agent on the mainland at which it would be convenient for you to have the order delivered. Lawn Heat & Leisure's responsibility for product shall cease on delivery of the order to the shipping agent, properly addressed.

Cancellation and Product Return

You may return the goods if they are faulty or damaged, or where the goods delivered are not those you ordered.
