Returns and Refund Policy
If goods received are damaged or faulty, we will replace those goods so long as they are returned to us within 7 days of purchase, and original packaging is provided. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Any shipping costs to be borne by the purchaser, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to return.
After 7 days, returns and refunds are subject to manufacturer’s warranty.
A CHANGE OF MIND IS NOT A REASON FOR A REFUND (NZ Consumers Act)

- No refunds on special orders
- No refunds on spare parts (unless faulty per Consumers Act)
- Goods accepted for refund at Management’s discretion only
- Any goods accepted for refund are subject to a 15% re-stocking and admin fee
The privacy of our customer data, orders and credit care information are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt-in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor on our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
Whilst every care is taken to keep our website pricing updated and current per our suppliers, this may not always be possible. We therefore reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions are to be accepted.
